Opis
In 2011, the first notable results of that work wnt public at the exhibition Cracovia 3D. Digital Reconstructions of the Historical Built-up Areas of Kraków and in an extensive companion published to recapitulate on the research carried out by Museum personnel in collaboration with out-sourced experts. That research concentrated on a model of Kraków as it had been in the middle of the seventeenth century, while Cracovia Iudaerum was conceived as a project having a broader spectrum. Aside from maintaining the perspective of 1650, which was adopted for the reconstruction of the Jewish Town in Kazimierz as a follow-up to the work on a computerized model of Kraków at the close of the Renaissance, an additional reference to the fifteenth century was made in terms of the reconstruction of the areas occupied by Kraków Jews during the Middle Ages.
