Thesaurus Cracoviensis – Artefacts Interpretation Center was opened on 6th December 2017, and it was in this building that a central collection warehouse was created, while the conservatory and photographic studio were located in the attic.
During the preparation of guidelines for the interior design project, the idea of ​​expanding the function of warehouses and conservation workshops with an element of contact with the audience arose.
The most important thing in contact with the artifact / muzealium is to establish a personal relationship with him.
Artefact is a dormant spirit and waking it up can take on various forms: a museum exhibition, a catalog, a museum lesson.
And so the effect of the ideological process of the Thesaurus Cracoviensis department – the Interpretation Center of Artefacts presented here – was the conclusion that conditions must be created there to allow the visitors to have their own reflection and interpretation.
